COVID POLICY

The Center for Teaching and Learning values the health and safety of all visitors, volunteers and staff. It is important to know that we are in a limited resource area, and it may be very difficult to reach the medical attention necessary for a serious illness.

We also recognize that as the nature of the pandemic shifts and the science evolves, so must our behaviors, responses and policies. In an effort to balance safety with accessibility and personal responsibility, the following guidelines have been adopted. These policies are subject to change with CDC guidelines.

  • All overnight visitors should complete a rapid test within 48 hours prior to arrival on site. Anyone who tests positive or is experiencing symptoms must stay home.

  • Vaccinations are strongly recommended for all visitors, volunteers and staff.

  • All visitors, volunteers and staff must monitor their health while on site, masking and testing if any symptoms arise or if they have been in close contact with someone known to be positive for COVID-19.

  • Anyone who tests positive while on campus will be required to isolate themselves from the rest of the group.
